We’re delighted to share that, once again, we have been accredited as a World Class Employer by Best Companies for 2024. The third year in a row!
FSP was also awarded a 3-star World Class accreditation by Best Companies in 2023 and 2022.
A 3 Star accreditation is awarded to organisations with a BCI score of 738 or higher and is the highest standard of workplace engagement within Best Companies. It represents organisations that truly excel and reflect ‘world class’ levels of workplace engagement. The results of the employee survey last November are generated into a Best Companies Index Score, which is based on a fixed scale of 0 – 1000.
In February 2024, in recognition of our World Class ranking, our CEO Simon Grosse was invited to present on the Best Companies Live panel discussion on ‘How do you create clarity at every level’. Simon talked about performance and world-class culture at FSP, most notably our ongoing work with Sir Clive Woodward on embedding Winning Behaviours, a living, breathing representation of our cultural DNA setting out our purpose, culture pillars and the actions and attitudes that will be integral to our ongoing growth and collective success.
