Recently, our CEO Simon Grosse joined the ‘Everyone Podcast’ and spoke with close friend and inspiring leader of inclusion, René Carayol MBE.
The pair discussed the evolution of FSP over the last 10 years and how it has become an award-winning organisation, known for its purpose-driven and inclusive culture.
Most cultural change used to be a simplistic, top-down, ‘create a vision, change the structure, roll out the new program, and get buy-in’ approach. Today the best companies take a more emergent, empowered, and purpose-led approach. Simon and René talked about the role of the CEO today, the cultural change Simon is seeing across organisations, and most of all the fantastic culture he continues to help build at FSP.
René remarks “Simon lives inclusion and breathes belonging. For CEOs he is a prime example of the leadership needed today. At FSP, you feel the trust and empowerment every time you engage with their colleagues. It is special.”
