The UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women list, announced by Great Place to Work® UK, has recognised FSP as the UK’s No.1 Best Workplaces™ for Women in 2021.

This recognition highlights our continued commitment to ensuring gender equality in support of our diverse and inclusive culture. We are an active promoter and advocate of women joining the technology industry, helping to break down barriers and showcasing success stories for women of all ages.

In line with our values and commitment to a fair and just workplace experience for women, we have dedicated, and enhanced, policies focusing on maternity leave, adoption leave, menopause and those with responsibilities as carers. Female leaders within the organisation are active contributors at events to champion diversity and inclusion and empower early talent in the tech industry.

FSP Employee Testimonial

“I definitely feel as a young woman, I have an equal chance to progress my career. It is obvious here that promotions and opportunities are given on merit and hard work rather than ‘jobs for the boys’.”

Our CEO Simon Grosse said “We are honoured to be recognised by Great Place to Work® as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women again. We continue to place a strong emphasis on making FSP a place where everyone can thrive, regardless of their gender and this ranking is a testament to that. Everyone here is equally talented and valued and bring their own unique combination of skills to the team.”

“FSP’s commitment to cultivating a great workplace for all is a huge part of their ongoing success. It is an organisation that recognises the challenges that many women have faced in other businesses and values the range of diverse skills and experiences they can bring to the workplace” added Sharon Baylay, Non-Executive Chair at FSP.

We were also recognised by the Great Place to Work® Institute, for the fifth time, on the 2021 UK’s Best Workplaces™ list. In addition to this, we were winners of the Medium Business Category in 2020 and winners of the Small Business Category in 2016 and 2017, and runners up in 2018.
